A Thermally broken steel door is a frame profile manufactured so the exterior of the frame does not make contact with the interior side of the frame. The construction is made with a spacer in between to not transmit the cold from the outside into the inside. This process results in a about 2.5x the material of steel and labor-intensive, but the look is not compromised.

All of our sizes are rough opening frame sizes, which means that the width and height includes the metal frames! Please refer to the technical specifications of each door or window to determine the actual frame size and the door or window.
